Investment in R&D of this magnitude will require hefty budgetary allocation, and the project committee in charge of approving the project must be convinced the expenditure that will be channeled towards R&D will be recovered in the long-term, otherwise the project will be considered ineffective. 3.4 Leadership Successful implementation of this project will require the project manager together with his/her team to work productively and as a united team in order to ensure effective and smooth implementation process.
